For Meijer & Walters we’re on the look out for an Account/Project Manager! Someone who’s able to act as the interface between client and agency and finds the balance of creative strategic ambition, pragmatism, project execution and client expectation. Must bring own sense of mind to the party.
We’re looking for a client-facing person with a goal driven attitude and proactive mindset. A solution orientated type, keen to participate in the weird, the geeky, the wonderful. Must be able to show good judgement on creative work and the strategic thinking behind it; able to bring together the right people at the right time. See how to take goodness to greatness.
- You’re responsible around delivering projects with quality, time, and budgets in mind.
- You’re able to keep a sense of ownership of the project and be there for the team when the proverbial shit hits the fan.
- You’re able to work alongside an incredible account team, coordinate the planning, and make sure resources are used efficiently.
- You can provide the support and space they need to deliver outstanding work or separate the bull from the balls and radiate sunshine throughout.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Day-to-day project delivery
- Developing and leading pitches
- Upselling of services to existing clients
- Create and present Plans of Approach, planning and budget
- Resource planning of projects in the agency planning tool
- Build and maintain successful client relationships
Qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years agency-side project management experience, overseeing projects through full-cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presenter and highly skilled in creating presentations
- A good commercial awareness and drive
- Analytical skills, action oriented
