Experience: 6 years as CRM Manager and CRM Specialist at a fashion and retail (scale-up and large mature)organisations.
- Developing and executing 360 marketing strategy together with owned, earned, and paid channels to deliver company growth objectives. This includes brand, commercial, and service-level campaign planning.
- All strategic planning and project management for CRM including marketing campaigns, segmentation and targeting across channels, development & tech, and data management.
- Developing the CRM automation landscape in online, retail, and omni-channel environments.
- Developing loyalty and retention strategies.
- CLV framework development, focusing on loyalty and customer purchase recency and frequency.
- Reporting and in-depth customer analysis.
- Strategic planning and solution drafting, to build both short and long-term marketing campaigns. Working closely with the creative production and brand teams to produce optimal campaign results including quantitative analysis and feedback.
- Staying on top of marketing and advertising trends as well as new technology such as predictive intelligence and AI.
- Leading and developing a team of 1-5 people
Education: Master of Science, International Marketing.
Languages: English (fluent) written and verbal.
Software experience: CDP and ESP solutions, GA4, SQL, scripting languages, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
