Desired position: a substantive and varied account-projectmanager / producer role with a focus on:
• Working closely with strategy, creation and production (also on set)
• Providing strategic and substantive advice to clients about advertising campaigns;
• Maintaining contact with customers, relationship management, building brands, collaborating with customers;
• Preferably purpose driven accounts who wants to make an impact.

Experience: 4 years as an Account and Business Manager at global award winning advertising, content and digital marketing agencies:
• Running productions from A-Z: TVCs with very large budgets to smaller social and digital campaigns;
• Work closely with relevant internal departments to deliver quality services;
• Deep understanding of the principles of marketing and available agency resources. Knows how to apply them to further specific business objectives for both the agency and client;
• Understanding of a brand's objectives, strategies, & tactics and their purpose to deliver strong creative for clients;
• Adept at resource management, working closely with the project management team to make sure client expectations are fulfilled while agency profitability is protected;
• Can manage complex teams and client relations;
• Proven experience in selling concepts to clients;
• Creating and maintaining existing and new customer relationships;
• Project management: composing and monitoring schedules and budgets.
Education: Bachelor of Business - Marketing & Management.
Language skills: English (fluent) in speech and writing.
Visa status: Obtains EU passport.
Employment: fulltime for 40 hours per week for a permanent contract.

Salary indication: € 50K – € 55K on an annual basis (including holiday pay), depending on secondary employment conditions.
