As a Creative Director:
- Managing 15+ UX &UI designers, Brand Designers and Motion designer;
- Supervising department’s daily workflow, assigning project workloads, road mapping and monitoring;
- Revising content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team;
- Lead projects with internal and external resources;
- Contributing to new business pitches;
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
As a Design Manager:
- Managed 10+ designers plus 2 external contractors;
- Designing guidelines and UI best practices;
- Implementing team’s mission, vision, and goals;
- Training several internal and external design teams.
As an Art Director:
- Working on the creative team on international and local brands;
- Developing ATL and integrated campaigns;
