Experience: 10 years as a Business Director across global award winning creative agencies. Experienced with:
- Strategic Development: orchestrated business growth strategies, identifying opportunities within existing clientele while prospecting new ones;
- Client Management: established and nurtured client relationships, ensuring best-in-class, service, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts;
- Business Development: pioneered client acquisition strategies and explored new service areas for business diversification;
- Pitch Leadership: proven track record in directed pitch teams, ensuring compelling presentations and strategic alignments with prospective clients' goals;
- Global Strategy Formation: formulated global communications strategies targeting niche markets for both existing and potential clients;
- Relationship Management: fostered relations with key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions;
- Strategic Planning: led the formation of business and brand strategies, aligning with overarching business goals;
- Market Research: conducted in-depth analyses of the European competitive landscape, deriving actionable insights for business growth;
- Agency leadership and team development & management.
Education: M.A. in Marketing Communications, B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics & Astrophysics. Post Graduate Cert in Direct and Interactive Marketing.
Languages: English (fluent) written and verbal.

Salary indication: € 105K -125K gross a year, depending on secondary employment conditions (based on full time basis).
Day rate: € 750,- to € 950,- a day (incl. our charge) depending on the role and requirements.
