Experience: 10 years of strategy planning at global agencies, a consultancy agency and in fashion:
- Working with global brands on brand discovery, marketing strategy and 360° creative brand campaigns;
- Lead strategic planning across traditional, digital and social media platforms;
- Lead research & trend analysis to find consumer insights;
- Write creative briefs, ideation and concepts;
- Guide creatives from the briefing kick-off to the final development of the assets;
- Presenting to stakeholders at various seniority levels and running client workshops;
- Develop and improve research tools & measurement frameworks, e.g. brand tracking, campaign evaluation, digital analytics and help clients set up digital KPI frameworks, brand growth frameworks.
Digital understanding & passion:
- Lead development of digital campaigns and digital consumer journeys;
- Strategic planning across digital and social platforms;
- Collaborating with e-commerce analytics team to get audience insights and optimize consumer experience across .com, e-CRM and mobile;
- ▪Brand activation on social media.

Education: MBA; Bachelor of Economics.
Trainings: Miami Ad School - Social Media and consumer engagement bootcamp.
Languages: English (fluent) written and verbal, Lithuanian (native), Dutch (very basic).
Type of employment: fulltime permanent and open to employment on a freelance/interim base.

Salary indication: € 85K gross yearly salary, depending on secondary employment conditions (based on fulltime basis).
